Collection Decision Review Form
If you are a Tasman District Resident or a user of Tasman District Libraries, you can use this form to request a review of a collection decision.
One of our librarians will acknowledge your request by email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
Your review request will be assessed by the Collection Services Team, based on the principles and criteria in the Tasman District Libraries Collection Development Policy. A decision will be made by the Collection Services Librarian, and you will be advised of a decision within 30 days of receipt of this form. We will respond to you in writing.
