After school programmes are a great way for children to meet other people and to create new connections and friendships.

A.T.L.A.S
At The Library After School   

A.T.L.A.S is a combination of book club, craft club and STEAM club. A regular after-school programme where children can get creative, explore a range of fun activities, and have an opportunity to share their reading interests with like-minded people.

Richmond Library: Starts Monday 3 March 3.45pm – 4.45pm and runs weekly during term time.
Please register your child for ATLAS at Richmond Library: ATLAS Registration Form
Once you have registered, a children’s librarian will be in contact with more details.  
ATLAS is for children aged 10+

Tākaka Library: Starts Wednesday 12 March 3.30pm – 4.30pm and runs weekly during term time.
Tākaka Library does not require registrations.
Activities are suited to ages 9+

Dungeons and Dragons

Come along to the Tākaka Library and take part in a collaborative roleplaying game where you create characters, embark on adventures, navigate fictional worlds to complete quests and battle monsters in the game Dungeons and Dragons. 

Suitable for beginners. Dungeons and Dragons is for children aged 9+ 

Mondays during term time 3.00pm - 5.00pm
