Get Well Bags
Do you have a 5-10 year old child who is under the weather at home? Then maybe we can help you keep them entertained with one of our personalised Get Well Bags!
We select, you collect.
This service is available from Monday to Friday only and at present is only available at Richmond Library.
What goes in the bag?
We can select up to 15 items customised to suit your child's age and interests including
- Books
- Magazines
- Children's Music CDs
- Talking Books
- Graphic Novels
How can I request a Get Well Bag?
If you would like a Get Well Bag for your child complete the Get Well Bag request form.
You can also contact the library and discuss this with a member of staff.
Please note; this service is only available at Richmond Library.
When can I collect the bag?
If your request is received before 12.00 noon your Get Well Bag will be ready for collection after 3pm on the same day.
If your request is received after 12.00 noon your Get Well Bag will be ready for collection after 10.30am the following day.
We will contact you to confirm the bag is ready.
How much does it cost?
This is a free service.
