Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel within this period and need to discuss this with us, please call Motueka Library on 03 528 1047.
Booking restrictions
- No bookings will be taken more than three months in advance of the date of the booking.
Recurring meetings

No more than four consecutive weekly bookings or three consecutive monthly bookings may be made by any group or individual.

All recurring bookings must be paid for or invoiced in advance.
Block Bookings
- No more than two days may be booked per week.
