Introduction to Pilates

Experience a free introductory Pilates session at Richmond Library with experienced Pilates teacher, Tania Huddart.

Tania will tell you about the benefits of the Pilates method of exercise and then run a 45 minute Pilates class so you can experience this way of moving for yourself.

Tania says that Pilates can be adapted for every body, and helps you to live a joyful life where movement and everyday tasks feel free and comfortable.

Join us in the Constance Barnicoat room at Richmond Library, 12.00pm-1.00pm on Monday 23 September.

Please bring a mat and hand towel.
