LogoSteppingUP computer classes is a national digital literacy initiative developed by Digital Inclusion Alliance Aotearoa. All classes are free. Classes may be cancelled if minimum registrations are not reached.

Photo Books

Understand how to use Vistaprint website, learn to upload photos from your computer, create and customise a photo book for printing.

Online newspapers

Learn how to access New Zealand, International and historic New Zealand newspapers online.

This class includes:

  • Using PapersPast - Discover what life was like in 19th and early 20th century New Zealand with these historic newspapers
  • Using PressReader - Read full digital replicas of newspapers from local, national and international newspapers
  • Access newspapers and magazine articles from the 1990s onwards through various e-resources, i.e. Access New Zealand
